Late Availability: for Summer 2007 we have some late availability as this season is the first that we have actively marketed for holiday and vacation rentals.

3 Nights Bookings and above welcome: bookings welcome from 3 nights and above.

Long Weekends: bookings welcome from 3 nights and above.

Longer Term Lettings: please feel free to enquire for details for longer term lets of 4 weeks or more.

Business and Conference Lettings: ideal for visitors to the Palais des Festivals et des Congresses, for business events conferences and exhibitions please enquire for details.

Payment Methods: payments can be made by Credit Card and major UK Debit Cards, BACS/Internet banking including Visa Mastercard Amex American Express Maestro Switch Discovery.

Tariff: Rates are for 7 Nights based on a week, minimum stay 3 nights, flexible arrival and departure days. Long weekend and long terms lets please enquire.  Additional days are charged pro-rata.

Booking process and major terms: all you have to do is tell us when you would like to visit and give us your name and telephone number and we will do the rest:

1. Enquire Online or by telephone: check availability or enquire online

2. We confirm availability and details of the apartments available and rates applicable

3. PROVISIONAL BOOKING: you confirm you wish to proceed;

a. We send you PROVISIONAL BOOKING PROFORMA for you to confirm acceptance including all terms and conditions.

b. Deposit of 20% required to secure the Booking if it is for a minimum of 7 nights or the full payment if the booking if for less than 7 nights. Major credit cards and uk debit card accepted.

c. Balance due payable 4 weeks prior to arrival; for 7 nights or more, 4 weeks prior to arrival

d. Booking Information pack and Proforma: issued updated with deposit/Payment receipts over email to provide confirmation and due dates for balance payment where applicable

4. CONFIRMED BOOKING: Balance payments email reminders sent 4 days prior to due date;

a. You make balance payment: and advise your arrival arrangements.

b. Booking Information Pack Updated: Receipts and arrival details are updated and the pack re-issued. This includes detailed directions to the apartments and our local agents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Summary of major terms and conditions, full details supplied with your Booking Information pack:

a. Bookings: Provisional Bookings are subject to final agreement and are only confirmed once the Deposit Payment has been made. If the Balance Payment is not paid by the due date then we reserve the right to effect cancellation of the booking subject to the applicable Cancellation Fees.

b. Cancellation Fees: will apply if you cancel your booking any balance will be refunded within 5 working days of receiving written/email notification of your cancellation;

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to Arrival Date
  10%: the Cancellation Fee will be 10% of the Total Price
• Cancellation up to 20 days prior to Arrival Date
  20%: the Cancellation Fee will be 20% of the Total Price
  if made within 11-20 days prior to Arrival date
• Cancellation up to 10 days prior to Arrival Date
  50%: the Cancellation Fee will be 50% of the Total Price
  if made up to 10 days prior to Arrival date
• Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival
  100%: the Total Price of the Booking will be payable

c. Payments; only payments in cleared funds shall secure Bookings unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by CANNES FESTIVAL STUDIOS AND the Guest.

d. Arrival Arrangements; subject to agreed arrival time and change over access to the apartment can be arranged either via our Local Agent or outside their office hours via our local representative. Arrangements must be agreed in advance of arrival. Local Agent: opening hours 9:00 hrs to 12:00 noon and 14:00 hrs to 18:00

e. Customer Contact information: any changes in contact details including email, telephone numbers and addresses must be informed in writing by the customer (over email.)
